Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Shipping times vary with product lines and stock levels. In-stock products generally arrive 4-7 business days from the date your order is shipped. To get the most up-to-date information on current stock levels for a product, please give us a call at (800) 393-7603.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Though our standard shipping charge is 12.5% of your total, many of the products we sell are offered with free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States. There are some products like the Sequel Office Collection by BDI which incur a flat-rate shipping charge depending on the price of the item.

Q: Do you offer any warranties for the products you sell?
A: Absolutely. SmartOffice.net is an Authorized Retailer for every single product we offer on the site, so manufacturers' warranties will apply to any product(s) you purchase from us. We also won't leave you out in the cold when you have an issue with your purchase, and will proactively help you handle any warranty claims with the manufacturer.
