Free Shipping
Free standard ground shipping applies to all Turnstone, Steelcase, Herman Miller and Humanscale products, when shipped within the contiguous United States.
Scale 1:1 and LOFTwall Products
Our standard ground shipping rate of 12.5% applies to products by Scale 1:1 and LOFTwall.
BDI Products
Products by BDI incur a flat-rate shipping charge, depending on the price of each item:
- up to $399: $30 per item
- $400 to $899: $60 per item
- $900 to $1399: $100 per item
- $1400 and over: $150 per item
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

What Do I Get With Standard Ground Shipping?
- Standard ground shipping includes delivery to your door or main lobby Monday through Friday.
- All orders shipped with FedEx or UPS do not include delivery appointments and do not require someone to be present at the time of delivery.
- All orders shipped by LTL/truck service include a day and time specific appointment which is generally set during the afternoon between 12-5pm. Someone must be present to sign for the package.
- Standard shipping does not include unpacking or assembly.

Return Policy

For stocked merchandise, new and unused products may be returned within 30 of receipt in exchange for a refund of the purchase price less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs. All returned items must be in new condition with original packaging and paper work; otherwise, returned items will have additional charges. All shipping costs associated with returned merchandise are the customer's responsibility, including the cost of "free" outbound shipping. A return authorization is required for all returns. Please contact our Customer Service Team to obtain a return authorization.
Special orders, custom products, and related non-stocked orders (collectively, “Special Orders”) are cancelable within 72 hours of order date. Special orders may not be canceled after 72 hours of the order date.
